My winning entry (Top 150 Finalists) at High Art Competition 2025: Earth Invasion.
Here’s the artist statement that I submitted on March 21st for the competition:
In “EARTH INVASION,” LheanStorm imagined a world where two extraterrestrial beings arrive—not to conquer, but to heal. These visitors stand as guardians of a suffering Earth, intervening where humanity has fallen short. Their presence symbolizes the urgency of environmental action, a reminder that our planet’s survival shouldn’t rely on outsiders, but on our own collective responsibility.
As an earth sign, this artwork reflects the artist’s deep connection to nature and her belief that Earth itself is a sacred, living entity. These aliens represent both an external perspective and a higher consciousness—an invitation to see our world through accountability. Their mission is clear: to undo destruction, cleanse pollution, heal humans from the inside, and restore balance.
The last time I joined this contest was back in 2023. At that time, my artwork, “The Music that Binds Us” did not make it to the Top 150 Finalists.
