I was having conversations with two female acquaintances the other day and we had fun discussing travel and culture.
One of them is Russian who’s an English teacher in Vietnam. She teaches Vietnamese kids and works with Asian teachers.
It got me recalling my job as an English tutor when I was in school. I wanted some extra disposable cash, but the job didn’t work out.
My student wasn’t really looking for a tutor, I suspected he was looking for a girlfriend. Funny, how I remember it all of a sudden.
PHUKET, THAILAND
I am, so far, enjoying Thailand. I didn’t have any doubt whatsoever after I suddenly made the decision to leave Bali. It took a little tug and war in my head at first, but the call from what’s deep inside prevailed. When I made the decision, that was it. I had no room to question it.
Each day of being here only proves that I made the right choice.
I can’t help falling inlove with Phuket.
Phuket is the largest island in Thailand and has diverse, exciting moods depending on wherever you choose to be.
I am happy to be here. The beaches are amazing!
