What’s On Your Mind?
I recently got fresh pens and paper, thanks to phone shopping and delivery options which are truly helpful during this pandemic. Running out of art materials can be alarming when stores are closed. I’ve been working on pen and ink works on the side while finishing my paintings. This is the initial work on the series. Drawing– a healthy distraction from the local news’ heartbreaking stories. It’s a good time to create and let the pen flow.
Snapshot: The Power of Plants
Took these photos at a plant bazaar in BGC last January. The mini cactuses were irresistible, so I brought home a few. The plants’ colors and details in general were collectively full attention-grabbers. So much art in nature.

Art: Quarantine Day 10
Here’s my work called, “Quarantine Day 10” which is one of the First Prize winners of the recent Instagram art contest of ThinkSpace Art Gallery. I thought it would be fun to join given the current COVID-19 situation, so I gave in to it. This scored me an invitation to Scope Art Miami in December- which is exciting! The path ahead is uncertain, but it sure does wonderful to have something to look forward to like nothing fatal is happening in the world right now. “Quarantine Day 10“, Lhean, Acrylic on Canvas, 18″ x 18”, 2020 Again, thank you ThinkSpace for choosing my work!❤︎
