Last Saturday at sunset I finally learned how to float with my face up in the skies!Ā
I know how to swim and to float with my face submerged in the water, but not that. I tried it many times even in Boracay with its calm waters, in the pool, but my body has always resisted.
It only means that afternoon at Melasti Beach that my body was so relaxed it just FLOATED! I was surprised and overjoyed.
I was thinking that I was free from anything ‘toxic energy’ that my entire body actually demonstrated how light I felt.
To float for real is such a heavenly feeling!š¤š©µ
