One day…
I woke up and I became one of those people in Bali surrounded by individuals who just come and go. What am I reflecting here? That I’m probably still one of those that only come and go. But then again, are there reasons to stay?
And I’m not even talking about geography here anymore. Technology unites people. We don’t ride in boats and sail for days to reach countries. We don’t wait for messages in bottles in the ocean or for letters to arrive after months.
Can you imagine how much we take for granted these days?
Tremendous.
If someone tells you why they’re letting you go though and is clear about not wanting you in their lives, let them go. Honor the words that are rare in these days when people would rather ghost and not learn to communicate a damn thing.
