Yesterday, I accidentally found a note I wrote on the day of Typhoon Odette in Siargao Island.
I typed it on a notepad in my spare phone, so I have forgotten its existence as I barely use that phone.
I was writing it around 20 minutes before the typhoon’s landfall, so the wind was already getting mighty stronger at that time and yes, I wasn’t so sure if we’re gonna survive it at all.
Almost two years later, I’m glad that I’m still the one who found the note.
I made promises to myself on that note if I ever lived…
and I’ve been fulfilling these promises since.
📷 Most snapshots above were taken yesterday during a low-tide walk at sunset and a peek of my new sketchbook- which I’m kinda excited about.
So, the thought to ponder on today is, “Does it really matter to YOU?”
