Turning The Pages

What have you learned from 2020? I seem to get that a lot.

I think I’ve learned a great deal from the bearers of the pandemic-proof mindset of the local community. I’m in awe, actually. I imagined myself in a movie theater eating popcorn watching this epic film of survival and living the life. They got over the denial phase way faster, acknowledged that there was (and still is) a pandemic, prioritized health and safety, took protocols seriously, adapted to the new norm, and established measures to thrive and support the economy (in big or small way)- to the point that it almost feels like they’ve been prepping for this type of crisis all their lives.
