Art of the Day: We’re Here To Dance
Looking back at one of the works I created in the early days of quarantine— “We’re Here to Dance.” Stemmed from the deep craving for atmospheric, synthesized sounds of music at first, then turned into a piece about encouragement and accentuating what matters. “Dance” means to live. “We’re Here To Dance” Lhean, Mixed Media on Paper, 2020 DROP ME A NOTE Your message & contact info will not be published. Snapshots: Typhoon Ulysses Aftermath
No place is immune to nature’s wrath not even the most well-built areas- so I woke up at around 1:00 AM as the typhoon’s strong wind was pounding the balcony glass door real hard. I was afraid it’s going to break the windows, too, but glad it didn’t.

Quarantine Sessions: Pondering
On my usual art process, I only spend a few minutes with the pencil then I move on to ink or other coloring medium. Sometimes, I never sketch at all, I paint instantly on canvas especially for most of my spontaneous works. I made this drawing to find out if I can still sketch the traditional way. It’s a smooth and fun process, but the grayish vibe on paper is the least of my favorite. More new artworks coming soon.
Night Shots
Low-light photos I took using my mobile phone from the early month of the pandemic till last night.
